Making a Purchase

We accept Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards. We do not accept ?????? at this time. All our online payments are handled by ????????, one of the most respected Payment Service Providers (PSPs) in the UK. The advantage of using a PSP is that your card details are never seen by us, so it’s not possible for them to be compromised. You may send a cheque if you prefer, good will be sent on clearance of your cheque.

Shipping

All goods purchased from the Ingenious Gadgets Shop will be shipped via Royal Mail. In the UK, delivery should occure within 5 working days of dispatch. Outside the UK delivery may take longer.

Delivery Schedule

most all items in out store are carried in stock but in the event that an item is out of stock or we are awaiting stock we will email you to let you know when to expect delivery.

Items Not in Stock

Back Orders if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax

Tax Charges there is nothing extra to pay on our orders. If you are buying from outside the EU then you may be liable for import duty in your home country. We will not declare goods at the full retail value on the customs forms.

Returns

Returns Policy your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

If you wish to return goods, you must contact us in advance for authorization within 7 days of receiving them. You are liable for the return costs of unwanted goods. Goods will only be accepted for return in their original packaging and in perfect, unused state. All non faulty goods returned are liable at our discretion to a re-stocking fee of 7.5%.
